They said the paperwork is handled in the order it was received, yet they received it 9 days ago. I have been a customer of theirs for 5 years now and was even a customer of Bovada when Ignition bought them out and this is how I'm treated.
My account is still locked and I have called 6 different times, each of which I am unable to speak with a supervisor due to 'no supervisors available.' After being on hold for nearly an hour each time, I was told they would have to schedule a call back within 24-48 hours. I sent them the info on the 19th and they confirmed they received it on the 19th. They told me it would take 24-48 hours after receiving the documentation before my account would be unlocked. Ignition Casino has locked my account with my funds and I was told I had to provide a government ID along with a recent bill before they would unlock my account. Being this is one of the most popular poker talk forums, I figured I'd share my experience to help others avoid the upsets. I'm having a horrible experience with ignition casino and I feel helpless.
